摘要
肝胆管结石是危害人类健康的常见病,治疗棘手,复发率高。诊断是治疗的前提,肝胆管结石的诊断模式随着人们对疾病的认识和治疗技术的革新逐步完善,已经成为临床治疗的标向。随着更新的诊断及治疗手段的出现和成熟,以及人们对健康诉求的不断提高,肝胆管结石的治疗尤其是手术治疗需要更精准的诊断模式,如何从哲学意义上探索新的肝胆管结石诊断模式值得我们去思考。本文就肝胆管结石诊断模式的更迭进行初步综述和展望,以期最终提高其治疗效果。
Hepatolithiasis is a common disease and does harm to human health, it is with high recurrence rate and is difficul- ty in treatment. Diagnosis is the foundation of treatment. The diagnosis pattern of hepatolithiasis has been improved with the development of recognition of the disease and innovation of treatment technology, it has been the guide of clinic treat- ment. However, with the emerge of newest method of diagnosis and treatment, and the improved health demand of the people, treatment for hepatolithiasis especially operation treatment needs more accurate diagnosis model. How to explore the new diagnosis pattern of hepatolithiasis in philosophical perspective deserves our serious consideration. This paper carries on the preliminary review and prospect on the diagnosis change of hepatolithiasis, in order to improve the effect of treatment.
