摘要
综掘工作面防尘是煤矿安全生产的重要工作,提高综掘工作面的综合防尘技术,不但可以有效地控制作业地点的粉尘浓度,改善作业环境,更主要的是能够预防和减少作业人员尘肺病的发生,体现企业"以人为本"的理念。金凤煤矿采取了以湿式除尘风机为主,捕尘网、自动喷雾系统等为辅的综合防尘技术,成功地降低了011201工作面带式输送机巷综掘工作面的粉尘浓度,有效地保护了作业人员的身体健康,取得了明显的经济效益,保证了矿井的安全生产。
The dust proof of fully mechanized excavation face is an important work for coal mine safety production, improve the dustproof technology not only can effectively control the dust concentration in workplace, improve the working environment, more important is it can greatly reduce and prevent workers pneumoconiosis occurrence, reflect the enterprise ＂people-oriented＂concept. The Jinfeng Coal Mine adopted wet dust removal fan mainly, seize dust net, automatic spraying system and a series of comprehensive dust control technology, reduced the dust concentration of fully mechanized excavation face of 011201 workface ribbon conveyor successfully, protecting the health of workers effectively, and achieved remarkable economic benefits, ensure the safety production of coal mine.
