摘要
MT5500B卡车是哈尔乌素露天煤矿主要运输设备,承载着重要的生产任务。近年来,在MT5500B交流电动轮卡车运行过程中出现的电气故障,驱动故障所占比例较高。同时,由于驱动故障存在诱发因素多、故障难以定点、故障排查时间长等特点,出现驱动故障时会引起长时间停车状况,影响车辆整体出动率。本文以电动轮卡车的主要驱动系统元器件进行叙述,对MT5500B交流电动轮卡车在运行过程中出现的驱动故障的原因及原理做详细分析。
MT5500B AC truck , bearing the important production tasks, is the main transportation equipment of open-pit coal mine in Hal WuSu of shenhua. The proportion of drive failure is higher in all electrical failure in recent years in the process of operation of MT5500B AC traction wheel truck. At the same time, the driver failure can cause fault parking situation for a long time affecting vehicle running rate due to the characteristics of inducing factors and uncertain point of drive failure, and long time consuming of troubleshooting. This paper mainly analyzes the main drive system components of electric wheel truck and the cause and principle of driver failure of MT5500B AC traction wheel truck in the running process in details.
