摘要
通过缩短平均住院日,可以提高医院的床位利用率,加大收容量,并降低患者的医疗费用,从一定程度上解决当前民众"看病难、看病贵"的社会矛盾。本文对某大型综合性医院的超长住院现状进行分析,探讨缩短平均住院日,提高医院的社会效益。
Shortening the average length of stay is beneficial to increase the hospital bed utilization,enlarge the closing capacity,and reduce the patient＇s medical cost,which could in some extend solve the current ordinary people social contradictions of ＂medical treatment is difficult and expensive＂.The article analyzed the prolonged hospital stay status,and discussed how to further shorten the average length of stay and improve the social benefits of the general hospital.
