摘要
以ZJ50D石油钻机电气配套为背景,介绍了澳新电气标准在钻机电气配套中的应用及澳新市场准入制度对我国国产电气设备的要求,列举了几处国产钻机配套中习以为常但却不符合澳新电气标准要求的电气安装规范,讨论了澳新电气标准对我国国产钻机电气配套水平的提高与规范及其可借鉴之处,指出提升我国国产钻机电气配套能力和其对澳新电气标准符合性是我国国产钻机产品批量进入澳新市场的必由之路。
Taking the type ZJ50D oil drilling rig electrical completing and matching as the background,introduces the application of ANZ electrical standards in drilling rig electrical completing and matching as well as the requirememts of ANZ market admittance system to the domestic electrical equipment,enumerates several electrical installation specifications that we all take for granted in the domestic drilling rig electrical completing and matching but is not in conformity with ANZ electrical standard requirements,discusses the improvement and normalization of ANZ standards to electrical completing and matching for the domestic drilling rigs and many advantages of ANZ electrical standards which can be used for reference,also points out that upgrading the ability of the domestic drilling rig electrical matching and ensuring them to be compliance to ANZ electrical standards is the only way for the domestic drilling-rig products batch-entering ANZ markets effectively.
