摘要
目的 探讨婴儿不同喂养方式对其体格生长速率的影响.方法 收集2010 年1 月至2012 年1 月就诊的健康婴儿175 例,根据其出生后4 个月内的喂养方式分为三组：母乳喂养组60 例,混合喂养组56 例,人工喂养组59例,动态监测生长指标,对婴儿出生后2~4 个月的每月生长速率进行比较分析.结果 母乳喂养组的各项体格生长速率较混合喂养组和人工喂养组迅速,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,而混合喂养组与人工喂养组比较,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 母乳喂养的婴儿生长速率明显优于混合喂养及人工喂养,母乳喂养更有利于婴儿的生长发育,应大力提倡.
Objective To investigate the infuence of different feeding ways on infants growth rate. Methods A total of 175 cases of health infants ,treated from January 2010 to January 2012 ,were collected and divided into three groups：breast-feed- ing group （n =60）, mixed feeding group （n=56） and artificial feeding group （n =59） in light of feeding way within four months. The growth indicators were monitored dynamically, and the monthly growth velocity among the three groups was analyzed compa- tively 2 to 4 months after the birth of babies. Results The physical growth velocity in breast feeding group was rapider than that in mixing feeding group and artificial feeding group with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）, while the difference between mixed feeding group and artificial feeding group had no statistical difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The growth rate in breast- feeding group is obviously better than that in mixed feeding group and artificial feeding group, so breast-feeding has more advanta- geous to infants growth and development, which should be vigorously promoted.
