国人Tako-Tsubo心肌病心电图特征

摘要 Tako-Tsubo心肌病（Tako-Tsubo cardiomyopathy,TTC）是一种临床表现酷似急性心肌梗死（AMI）,冠状动脉造影无狭窄,心尖部或中部呈球囊样、室壁运动异常呈一过性改变为主要特征的急性心脏综合征。本病最先由日本学者Sato等于1990年报道,国内报告始见于2007年,近年来随着对本病认识的提高,临床报道的病例逐渐增多,但对TTC的心电图分析报道则较少。为此,本研究对国内TTC心电图资料及特征进行了分析，旨在提高对本病心电图的认识。
