摘要
近年来我国的食品安全犯罪给人民群众、社会和国家都带来严重影响,行业自我约束不强、行政监管乏力、刑事处罚不足以及缺少有效监督是其连年多发的主要原因。面对严峻的形势,我国应当加强行政监管、加大刑罚处罚、加紧两法衔接以增强对食品安全犯罪的打击力度,同时积极构建食品安全社会监督体系,通过打防并举的手段来有效遏制食品安全犯罪。
In recent years,China＇s food safety crimes had severely harmed the people,society and the country.Industry self-discipline absence,weak administrative supervision,lack of criminal penalties and effective supervision are the courses of frequent food safety crimes.Facing the grim situation,China should fight and prevent food safety crimes simultaneously.On one hand,the crackdown on food safety crimes should be enhanced by strengthening administrative supervision,increasing penal punishment and intensifying the cohesion of the two laws.On the other hand,the social supervision system of food safety should be built as soon as possible.
