摘要
心理资本是一种积极的心理状态,主要包括自我效能感、乐观、希望、韧性四个维度,心理资本理论为大学生创业教育提供了新的视角。基于心理资本理论的运用和指导,就心理资本在大学生创业教育中的重要性作以阐述,并围绕大学生心理资本开发问题进行探讨,以期对提升大学生创业的综合素质和培养创新型人才提供理论的借鉴。
Psychological capital is a positive state of mind,including self-effidency, optimism, hope and resilience. The psychological capital theory provides a new perspective for college students＇ entrepreneurship education. Based on the psy- chological capital theory, the paper attempts to analyze the importance of psychological capital in entrepreneurship educa- tion and puts forward ways to develop their psychology capital. Thus this paper is supposed to provide some references to the mprovement of students＇ integrated quality in entrepreneurship and the cultivation of innovative talents.
