摘要本研究以电子信息领域国际主流学术期刊论文为语料,研究第一人称代词we在协商和构建论文人际意义方面的作用。结果表明,人称代词we作为一种语言策略,可以突出论文的价值,创新点和可信度;可以使读者作为同行专家介入语篇,参与论证,共同完成对新论点的构建;可以在论证中包含多种声音的协商,缓和新论点可能造成的面子威胁行为(FTA)。因此,本研究指出,在科技英语写作教学中,指导学生充分了解学术语篇的劝说性质,人际意义及其实现方式;培养学生写作中的读者意识;使学生学会使用能为学术社团所接受的方式表达观点,提高学术交流水平显得非常必要。 The research is designed around the analysis of interpersonal meaning of the first person pronoun we in research articles. The result reveals that we plays a significant role in effecting interpersonal solidarity and membership of a disciplinary community by acknowledging the reader＇s presence, underscoring the novelty of the writer＇s work and foregrounding the novelty of the findings, etc. We therefore argue for an effective instruction of acculturating students into academic discourse conventions and practices in Chinese universities.
