摘要 探讨以蜜环菌、罗布麻、葛根等原料为主要成分的保健食品在辅助降压方面的作用。给雄性SD大鼠饲喂不同剂量的保健食品,测定大鼠体重、血压、心率情况;给原发性高血压人群试食保健食品,测定血压变化、临床症状、血液指标等的情况。结果表明,该保健食品对大鼠及受试人群具有辅助降血压功能,对大鼠的体重、心率无显著影响;对受试人群无过敏及不良反应。 To study the effect on auxiliary lowering blood pressure of an health food mainly contains Armillaria mellea, Apocynum venetum and Kudzuvine root etc.Male SD rats were fed with different doses of the health food, tested the weight, blood pressure and heart rate of the rats ; Fed the essential hypertension population, tested the blood pressure changes, clinical symptoms and blood parameters, etc. Experimental results show that the health food could auxiliary lower the blood pressure on rats and the human subjects. There is no significant effect on the weight and heart rate of the rats, and no allergies and adverse reactions to the human subjects.
