摘要
通过对吉林省大学生移动图书馆信息服务需求个案做科学、客观的现状调查,并根据调查结果阐明移动图书馆信息服务在广泛推广中存在的一些问题。根据对问题的分析,对中国图书馆移动信息服务提出发展策略。观念上,图书馆要切实实施以人为本,以用户为中心的服务理念,把服务延伸至用户生活需求的各个方面;服务体系建设上,要做好规划,集资源、人才和联盟优势,切实把移动信息服务融合在图书馆服务流程中。
Scientific and objective Survey of Jilin Province College Students＇ mobile library service needs cases, and based on the findings clarify some of the problems of the mobile library information service widely. According to the analysis of the problem, our library mobile information services development strategy. Library should earnestly implement people-oriented in concept, user-centric service philosophy, the service extends to all aspects of the user needs of life; In service system, should do the planning, set resource talent and alliances advantage, effectively moving inte- gration of information services in the process of library services.
