摘要 针对多缸液压系统完成多种类型控制任务的特点,以运行在工控机上的LabVIEW为上位机平台,以PLC和专有运动控制板卡为下层设备,搭建了控制平台。阐述了控制平台中各设备间通讯接口的设计,借助PRODAVE库函数实现LabVIEW与Siemens s7-300的数据交换,借助PciSdk库函数实现LabVIEW与自主设计的PCI运动控制板卡的数据交换,最终实现了平台内数据的准确及时传输。 A variety of control tasks are needed to complete in the multi-cylinder hydraulic system. In view of this feature, a specific control platform was built. In this platform, LabVIEW which ran in the industrial computer was used as upper platform. PLC and special motion controller were used as lower equipment. The paper presented the design of communication interfaces for this control platform. It achieved the data transmission between LabVIEW and s7-300 with the help of PRODAVE library function, meanwhile between LabVIEW and special motion controller with the help of PeiSdk library function. It realizes the data transmit timely and accurately.
