摘要
为了选择适宜的变频电动机,根据干河泵站电机变频运行的要求,在确定变频同步电动机主要参数的过程中,对参数可能会使变频电机产生影响的主要因素展开了分析与研究。对适用的电动机类型,分析其技术特点;从调速励磁同步电动机的电压、功率因数、电压变化率影响等方面着手研究,以确定电动机的主要技术参数并了解变频电机存在的主要问题。通过综合分析,最终使所采用电机满足经济可靠、各项技术指标为优良的要求,对电机制造也能起到指导作用。
In the process of determining the main parameters of variable - frequency synchronous motors, the main influential factors on the motors to select an appropriate one were analyzed according to the operating requirement of Ganhe Pumping Station. For the selected motors, the technical characteristics of applicable motors are analyzed; and a research on voltage, power factors and voltage change ratio of the excited synchronous motors is conducted to determine their general technical parameters as well as to explore main existed problems. After comprehensive analysis, the ultimately selected motor type with excellent technical, economical indexes and reliability is applied in the project.
