摘要
从国家实施西部大开发战略的多重目标分析出发 ,认为各级政府必须高度重视西部农业资源及农业等相关产业的深度开发问题 。
By analyzing the multiple goals of development of the western region of China(WROC),this paper thinks that every level of the governments should pay attention to developing agricultural resources,agricultural industries and it's relative industries in WROC,and the focal poit in the development of agricultural industries and it's relative industries in WROC is to resolve the four most important contradictions.
