摘要
随着美国经济危机给中国带来越来越严重的影响,企业单位不断精简人员,而国家的对教育的不断投入,大学应届毕业生越来越多.就业市场问题成了人们关注的焦点.本研究从应届大学生就业情况入手,运用结构方程模型的方法构造了大学生影响就业前景的模型,对大学生就业问题进行了深入的讨论,并对影响大学生就业的诸多因素进行了研究,总结出影响大学生就业的关键因素.本研究将结构方程模型的方法引入社会问题的研究方向,并验证了其在大学生就业问题研究方面的适用性.研究的结果有利于大学生更清楚毕业工作的方向以及毕业前努力的方向,并有利于大学在教育方面应作的变动.
In this study, starting from graduate employment situation, affecting university students＂ employment prospects model was constructed with the method of structural equation modeling. The employment of university students was discussed in depth and the influence factors of university students＇ employment were also researched by which summarize the key factors of affecting employment of university students. The structural equation modeling approach was introduced to social issues research direction which verified its applicability on employment problems of university students. The results of the study are helpful to college students for the work direction of the graduation and are also helpful to the changes in the aspect of education.
