摘要
战略心理战是为了达到一定的战略目的而对敌国或他国军民采取的心理作战样式,是一种新型的国际政治斗争方式。系统地研究美国战略心理战体系的历史沿革、组织架构及其在当代的发展,对加强信息时代我国战略心理战建设具有一定的现实意义。
Strategic psychological warfare, as a new way of international political struggles, which is a psychological operation pattern taken against adversarial soldiers and civilians to achieve a certain strategic purpose. This paper systematically studied the history, or- ganizational structure and contemporary development of U.S. strategic psychological warfare system, which have great significance in strengthening our country＇ s strategic psychological warfare during the information era.
