摘要
以中国和美因为例,对两国产业结构的变迁进行了深入的比较分析,并通过构建产业结构合理化和高级化指标,测度产业结构变迁对经济增长的影响。研究表明:中美两国产业结构的演变具有相似性,产业结构变迁对经济增长的影响也有极强的相似性。相似性表现在产业结构变迁的趋势和周期波动上,也表现在产业结构的合理化和高级化演变对经济增长的正面影响上。针对中关两国产业结构对经济增长的影响分析表明,中美两国产业结构合理化与经济增长之间关系具有极强的稳定性,而产业结构高级化与经济增长之间关系并不稳定。最后,提出了完善我国产业结构促进我国经济增长的政策建议。
The article gives a deep comparison to U. S. and China＇ s industrial structure change. In this paper, we develop a new measurement of industrial structure from the rationalization and optimization of industrial structure and use them to measure the intu- ences of industrial structure change to economic growth. We find U. S. and China have similarity in the evolution of industrial structure, and they also have strong similarity on the influences of industrial structure change to economic growth. The similarities exhibit in the industrial structure change trend and cycle fluctuation, they also present in the positive effect of industrial structure rationalization and optimization change to economic growth. The results show that the rationalization of industrial structure and economic growth have a steady relationship and the optimization of industrial structure and economic growth have an uncertain relationship both in U. S. and Chi- na. Finally, we give policy suggestions on complete industrial structure to promote China ＇ s economic growth.
