摘要
越来越多的证据表明 ,全球特别是中高纬度的气候在变暖 ,安徽尤其是淮北地区呈现类同趋势。笔者利用目标决策方法 ,探讨了安徽未来农业生产发展与气候变化间的适应性及其对策 。
More and more evidence show that the climate become warmer,specially in middle high latitude such as northern Anhui province.By means of objective decision,the author analyse the adaptability and counter measures of agricultural production to the climate change.
