摘要
本文超越传统资源基础论的视角,通过追溯彭罗斯的理论渊源,从管理者主观认知的维度对企业内生成长理论的核心变量"未使用服务"给予了新的解读。这一视角将对企业成长根本驱动力的分析,从传统资源基础论研究所强调的资源利用和知识创新,上升到管理者作为认知主体对资源环境客体的主观构建过程。文章较此前研究者进一步挖掘了彭罗斯的理论贡献及其管理实践价值,并对管理者主观认知领域的未来研究作了描述。
Through the lens of "Subjectivisln-based View", this paper reveals the implications of the key element "unused services" in Penrose's organic growth theory, which has remained not fully interpreted in traditional "Resource- based View" literature. In contrast to the focus on the firm's resources or knowledge in RBV literature, the finding of this exploration is to identify the subjective construction of the firm's environment and resources in the minds of management team as the inherent force of the growth of the firm. Implications for business practice are also revealed. This paper explores further the theoretical contributions of Penrose's theory and points out future research agenda in managerial mental transformation area.
