摘要
本研究采用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对 1 1 3头皖南花母猪血清淀粉酶 ( Am)多态性进行检测 ,并用二因素有互作的最小二乘模型对不同 Am基因型与母猪繁殖力的关系进行分析。结果表明 ,皖南花猪 Am位点受三个等位基因控制 ( Am A、 Am B、 Am C) ,Am位点基因的遗传多样性指数为 0 .4 680 ,Shannon信息指数为 1 .2 693。不同淀粉酶类型的皖南花母猪繁殖性能存在一定差异 ,其中 Am AB型母猪繁殖性能较好 ,Am BB和Am BC型母猪相应指标较差 ,但不同 Am型母猪的繁殖性能差异均不显著 ( p >0 .0 5)。另外 ,Am型与分娩季节之间的互作效应对母猪繁殖性能的影响显著 ( p <0 .0 5)
By vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, the polymorphism of the serum amylase (Am) of 113 Wannan Spotted Sows have been studied and the relationships between Am genotypes and the sow's reproductive performance have been analyzed by the least square model of two factors with interaction The results showed that the Am locus was controlled by three allels:Am A, Am B and Am C The Genetic Diversity Index (h) and the Shannon Information Index (p) at Am locus were 0 4680 and 1 2693, respectively A certain variation existed among reproductive performances of Wannan Spotted Sows at Am loci Am AB was better, followed with Am AA ,and then Am BB and Am BC were poor But the variance was not significance Furthermore, there was strong interactive effect between Am genotypes and the breeding season
