摘要
"创先争优"既是党建工作的活动主题,又是"党组织建设年"、"创建学习型党组织"、"结对共建、先锋同行"四项党建活动的指导性概念。由于四项活动整体推进,活动内容广泛、概念诸多,工作任务繁重,提示着加强"四项活动"科学发展的要素建设,推进当下党建工作深入开展,成为党的先进性建设理论指导党建实践必须关注的创新点和增长点。因此,要加强党建"四项活动"实践中的理论探索,以推进并实现"创先争优"概念下的各项要素建设和活动载体创新。
＂Excelling the Optima＂ activity is the key of present party activity, also the guide of ＂Four--Activity＇--＂Party Organization Construction Year＂, ＂Create Study Style Party Organization＂, ＂Pairing and Co--Construction, Pioneering and Co -- Advancing＂. For the totally advancing of ＂Four--Activity＂, content, concept and task getting more, the element construction of scientific development of ＂Four- Activity＂ and party construction become the creation and growth points of party construction guided by progressive construction. In order to enhance the theory of ＂Four-- Activity＂, the element construction and activity creation must be promoted with the guide of ＂Excelling the Optima＂.
