摘要
[目的]了解糖尿病病人胰岛素治疗态度和满意度现状及其相关性。[方法]采用胰岛素治疗态度量表和满意度量表对2012年2月—2012年11月在山东省多家三级甲等医院就诊或住院且正在使用胰岛素的161例糖尿病病人进行调查。[结果]161例糖尿病病人中有119例(73.91%)存在心理性胰岛素低抗;糖尿病病人的胰岛素治疗态度得分为66.45分±10.38分,胰岛素治疗满意度得分为79.19分±14.57分,两者呈负相关(r=-0.658,P<0.01);病人的满意度与年龄、性别、职业、文化程度、付费方式等因素有关,性别、职业、文化程度、胰岛素治疗态度、胰岛素注射年限是满意度的主要预测因素。[结论]糖尿病病人心理性胰岛素抵抗发生率较高,糖尿病病人对胰岛素治疗的满意度受胰岛素治疗态度的影响。
Objective：To know about status quo of attitude and satisfac- tion of diabetes mellitus patients to insulin therapy and correlation be- tween them. Methods：A total of 161 diabetes mellitus patients were in- vestigated who were using insulin in several three grade A hospitals in Shandong province from February in 2012 to November in 2012 by using insulin treatment attitude scale（ITAS） and insulin treatment satisfaction questionnaire（ITSQ）. Results： 119 cases of diabetes mellitus patients in 161 cases have psychological insulin resistance,the score of insulin treat- ment attitude of diabetic patients was 66. 45±10. 38, score of insulin treatment satisfaction was 79.19±14.57, there was negative correlation between them （r =- 0. 658, P〈0.01 ）. Patients＇ satisfaction was related with age, gender, occupation, education level, payment methods and other factors ; and gender, occupation, education level, insulin treatment attitude and life of insulin injections were a major predictor of satisfaction. Con- clusion.Incidence of psychological insulin resistance of diabetic patients is higher,patients~ satisfaction to insulin treatment will be influenced by the insulin treatment attitude.
