专科护理质量评价指标研究进展 被引量：32

摘要 随着专科医疗技术的进步，护理管理者对专科护理质量评价高度重视，专科护理质量作为医院的整体质量的一部分，如果不能够适时的评价，将会影响整个医疗服务质量的提高。评价指标作为评价护理质量的工具，对护理质量管理具有导向作用，决定着护理行为的调整方向，直接影响护理效果。我国专科护理质量指标的研究尚处于起步阶段，严重滞后于专科护理的发展。现就国内外专科护理质量评价指标发展研究综述如下。
