摘要
针对铜材厂酸性含铜废水处理系统的实际改造工程,分析了工程改造过程中的技术关键,根据运行效果分析:出水能满足排放标准,大大减少化学沉渣的产生,提高化学沉渣的纯度,为资源化利用提供了条件;出水实现了部分回用。此次改造工艺较为科学合理,对其他含铜废水的改造和运营起一定的指导作用。
Based on the actual renovation project of acidic wastewater containing copper from copper material factory, the core technology in the process of transformation was analyzed. According to the analysis of effect of operation, the effluent can reach the effluent standard, greatly reduce chemical sediment production, improve the purity of chemical sediment, and create the conditions for solid waste resource. This transformation process was scientific and reasonable, direct transformation and operation of other copperion wastewater.
