摘要
分析研究了部分单元失效情况对有源相控阵整体性能的影响,建立了L波段6×6矩形平面相控阵天线4个阵元失效的4种不同类型的失效模型;使用HFSS软件仿真了各个失效模型引起的天线增益、副瓣等性能的影响,设计加工了实物样机,并给出了测试结果。仿真和实测结果证明当10%左右或超过10%的组件失效时,系统仍然能照常或降级工作,最后介绍了失效单元的补偿措施,对系统的使用具有指导作用。
The influence of failed elements on phased array antenna is analyzed. The 4 different failed models are presented for a 6 × 6 L-band phased array planar antenna. By using HFSS software, the influence of failed models on performances such as gain, sidelobes,etc, is simulated,the physical prototype is designed and manufactured,and the test results are given. The simulation and test results show that the system can operate normally or in degradation when 10% or more of components are in failure. At last, the compensation means for failed elements are introduced, which is useful for system application.
