摘要
针对东雷 期北干二级站的 1 2 0 0 LW-60型立式离心泵泵壳强度问题 ,分析了水泵制造厂家对泵壳壁厚的设计取值情况。文章采用目前多种常用的水泵教材、手册中所推荐的公式对该泵泵壳壁厚进行了校核计算 ,发现水泵制造厂家的取值有问题 ,并进而获得了壁厚的正确取值范围 ;通过论证 ,该取值范围不仅能满足泵壳强度及刚度要求 ,而且适合抽黄工程的运行工况。
To solve the problem of the casing strength of the 1200LW 60 vertical type centrifugal pumps for the BeiGan secondary station of DongLei Ⅱ, the casing thickness designed by the water pump manufacturers is analysed further. On the basis of recommended formula in pump textbooks and handbooks available, it has been concluded that there is something wrong with the value selection by the pump manufacturer and thus the correct value range is obtained for the pump casing thickness after strength analysis. By demonstration, the value range can not only satisfy the needs of casing thickness in strength and rigidity, but also be suited for the conditions of the pumping project along the Yellow River Basin.
