摘要
黏胶的动态力学性能对终端产品可靠性的影响越来越重要.基于Abaqus的超弹性和黏弹性的本构模型定义光学胶的动态力学参数,用Abaqus/Explicit对静态压缩和落球试验进行仿真分析,通过与实际试验结果的对比验证仿真分析结果.结果表明,在准静态到高应变率的范围内,采用超弹性和黏弹性的本构模型可以准确描述光学胶的动态力学行为.
The effect of dynamic mechanical behavior of adhesives on the dropping reliability of device is very important. The dynamic mechanical parameters of optical adhesive are defined on the basis of the constitutive models of hyperelasticity and viscoelasticity in Abaqus, the static compression and dynamic ball dropping test are simulated and analyzed by Abaqus/Explicit, and the simulation results are verified by the comparison with the test results. The results illustrated that, the dynamic mechanical behavior of optical adhesive in the range from quasi static to high strain rate can be effectively defined and presented using the constitution models of hyperelasticity and viscoelasticity.
