摘要
在对Borgersen出口绩效影响因素模型补充和细化的基础上,通过文献查阅、半结构化的访谈以及企业实地调研收集了部分中小企业的数据。结果表明,影响公司出口绩效的主要因素包括展会,认证费用,资本来源,出口退税,企业网络,企业国际化经验,企业能力,决策者个人社交网络,决策者国际视野及决策者个人经历,另外企业规模对企业出口绩效也有着直接影响;但关税、运输费用以及在目标市场建立品牌对公司的出口绩效并没有影响,由此提出了进一步提高我国中小企业出口绩效的具体建议。
Based on the complementation and segmentation of influencing factors model of Borgersen ex port performance, the data of some SMEs'export performance are collected and analyzed through the document searching, semi-structured interviews and factory visits. It is found out that the important factors influencing export performance of the company include the trade shows, the expenditure on getting certificates, capital sources, export tax-rebate, firm network, firm international experience, firm competencies, deciders" social network, deciders" international horizon, their personal previous experiences, and their firm size. But customs duty, transportation fee as well as building up the brand in the target market dont exert any effect on the ex port performance. Therefore, some suggestions are put forward so as to improve Chinese SMES'export perform- ance
