摘要
高职院校档案工作是学校重要的基础工作,但目前的档案工作在组织管理、归档管理、管理能力等诸多方面存在着亟待解决的问题,客观地分析问题产生的原因,才能寻求有效地解决办法,提高档案管理水平。
Archives management in higher vocational colleges is of great significance but there are some prob- lems in organizational management, filing documents, and management level. In order to improve archives man- agement, this paper makes an objective analysis of these problems and proposes measures to deal with them.
