摘要
筒仓在以煤为原料的煤化工工程的输煤系统中可用来代替露天煤场及半封闭干煤棚贮煤,在工程中的应用逐年增加。根据煤的物化特性,对大型煤筒仓除考虑筒仓本身的结构形式外,对其出口给煤设备的选型也提出了更高要求。介绍了3种大型贮煤筒仓给煤设备的结构、特点、用途及其电气控制系统,比较三者的投资和优缺点,认为活化振动给煤机是性价比高的理想筒仓给煤设备。
In coal conveying system for coal chemical projects based on coal feed,silos can be used in lieu of open coal yard and semi-enclosed dry coal shed for coal storage,whose application in the projects is increasing over the years. Based on the physical and chemical properties of coal,for large-sized coal silos,apart from considering the construction type of the silo itself,higher requirements are also given for the selection of coal feeding equipment at the discharge. The construction,feature,application and electrical control system of 3 types of coal feeding equipment in large-sized coal storage silos are introduced,the investment and advantages or disadvantages of the three equipments are compared,and it is concluded that the activated vibrating coal feeder is an ideal coal feeding equipment for the silos which offers high performance over price ratio.
