摘要
制粉系统是火电厂重要系统之一,其中磨煤机运行工况的好坏直接影响机组煤粉质量与供应。文章从实际问题出发,分析磨煤机出口关断门无法正常开关成因,经查大部分是由关断门控制的电磁阀线圈烧损引起,严重影响了锅炉燃烧稳定性,通过技术改造使机组运行稳定性得到提高,间接提高了机组效益。
The milling system is one of the important parts of thermoelectricity plant, the work state of the coal mill effects directly on the quality of coal powder and its supply. This paper analyzes the malfunction of the shut-off gate of the coal mill, comes to the conclusion that the malfunction is caused by burnout of the electromagnetic valve coil that control the shut off gate. The malfunction severely effects on the combustion constancy of boiler. After an improve ment on the shut-off gate the operation stability of boiler and then indirectly effectiveness of generating unit are im proved.
