摘要
针对青海桥头铝电股份有限公司发电分公司3号机组停机消缺后,机组真空出现漏点,导致系统真空下降过快,无法正常完成严密性试验问题进行分析,提出利用真空系统局部打压找漏法查找并消除漏点,解决真空严密性试验不合格问题,确保了机组稳定运行。
After treating defects of the No3 generating unit of the power generating branch of the Qinghai Qiaotou Alu minum-electricity corporation, leakage sources are discovered in the unit vacuum system, that result in quick vacuum fall. This paper analyzes above problems and proposes a method to find leakage source by pressuring some part of the vacuum system. After applied the proposed method, the found leakage source were eliminated, and safe operation of the unit were ensured.
