摘要
阐述不正常操作和安全功能的概念,提出了不正常操作对发热元件、单相串励电动机和重要安全功能部件、电子电路的失效而导致着火危险、电击危险的检验项目和程序,重点探讨带有重要安全功能部件(SCF)及电子电路的元器件在电动工具中的应用和电磁兼容性。从低功率电路的判定、故障分析及安全风险评估方法和重要安全功能部件应具有的功能等级(PL)及达到功能等级相应的平均危险失效时间(MTTFd),引出带有电子电路的电动工具必须具备的抗扰度及试验等级和参数、性能判据、合格评定。
The thesis states the concept of abnormal operation and safety critical function (SCF) while proposing testing items and procedure for risk of fire and electric shock due to the failure of heating elements, single-phase series motors, SCF and electronic circuits during the abnormal operation. The thesis also focuses on the application and EMC(electro magnetic compatibility) of SCF and relating components in electronic circuits in power tools. The thesis introduces the determination of a low-power circuit, fault analysis and method for risk assessment in which the performance level (PL) and mean time to dangerous failure (MTTFd) are taken into consideration. Finally power tools with electronic circuits should be checked by exposing these electronic circuits to the immunity tests which shall be passed without a loss of the safety critical function.
