高氯酸改性亚麻对水中亚甲基蓝的吸附 被引量:2

Sorption of flax modified by perchloric acid to methylene blue in water

摘要 以亚麻为基质,采用HClO4对其进行改性,在单因素实验的基础上设计正交实验,选取了HClO4浓度、颗粒粒径、料液比、改性温度、改性时间5个因素进行了研究。结果表明,改性亚麻对亚甲基蓝的吸附率为69.85%,比改性前去除率增加了22.3%(投加量0.01 g,亚甲基蓝浓度为4.21 mol/L),最佳改性工艺为过筛300目、改性温度85℃、改性时间9 min、HClO4浓度15%,料液比0.042 g/mL。 The flax was modified by perchloric acid to prepare a dye sorption agent, a orthogonal experiment design was used to investigate the effect of five independent variables, such as perehloric acid mass fraction, particle size, liquid to solid ratio, temperature modification, modiftea6on time. The results showed that tile absorption effect of modified flax with dye waste was significant. The removal rate of dye was 69.85%, which increased by 22.3% than that of before modification. The optimal conditions for maximum effect were 300 mesh sieve, 85℃, 9 min, 15% perchloric acid, 0.042 g/mL liquid to solid ratio.
