摘要
以丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-(甲基丙烯酰氧基)乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)和丙烯酸钠(AANa)为原料,采用光辅助引发技术,通过水溶液聚合法制备了两性离子型聚丙烯酰胺P(AM-DMC-AANa)。考察了引发体系、引发剂总质量分数、引发温度、单体质量分数、溶液pH值、EDTA·2Na用量、m(DMAEMA)∶m(NaHSO3)等因素对产物特性黏数及溶解性能的影响。结果表明,在引发剂体系VA-044/(NH4)2S2O8/NaHSO3/DMAEMA,引发剂质量分数0.018 0%,引发温度40℃,单体质量分数40%,pH值6.0,络合剂EDTA·2Na质量分数0.002 0%,m(DMAEMA)∶m(NaHSO3)=3∶5的条件下,得到的聚合物特性黏数为9.81 dL/g,溶解时间98 min。
Amphoteric ionic polyacrylamide P(AM-DMC-AANa) was prepared in aqueous solution using acrylamide(AM) ,2-(methacryloyloxy) ethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (DMC) and sodium acrylate (AANa) as materials by assistance of photo-initiation. The effects of initiation system, initiator concentra- tion, initiation temperature, monomer concentration, pH, EDTA · 2Na concentration and m(DMAEMA) : m( NaHSO3 ) on the intrinsic viscosity and solubility of product were studied. The result show that the conditions of initiation system VA-044, ( NH4 )2S2Os, NaHSO3, DMAEMA, initiator concentration 0. 018 0% ,initiation temperature 40 ℃ ,concentration 40% ,pH = 6, EDTA · 2Na amount 0,002 0%, m(DMAEMA) : m( NaHSO3) =3: 5, the intrinsic viscosity was more than 9.81 dL/g and the dissolving time was 98 min.
