摘要
为探讨一般自我效能感量表的项目在性别与跨文化中是否存在项目功能差异,检验量表在性别及文化中的公平性,采用基于因素分析的测量等价性方法对来自26个国家及地区的19896名被试进行分析。结果发现一般自我效能感量表在性别上不存在项目功能差异的项目;霍夫斯塔德四个文化分区框架下,该量表在四个维度上存在不同数量的项目功能差异的项目。一般自我效能感量表对男性和女性被试是公平的,使用该量表直接进行性别上差异分析得出的结论是有意义的;文化维度上存在功能偏差项目,对不同文化下得出的效能感上存在差异的结论则应该慎重对待,且产生项目功能差异的原因仍需要进一步的相关研究。
The purpose of the current study was to detect differential item functioning in the General Self Efficacy Scale across gender and cultures. According to the Reise's procedure, 19896 individuals from 26 countries/regions were analyzed. No differential item functioning was found across gender groups; However, there was differential item functioning on different cultures which were based on Hofstede's framework. Six biased items were detected in individualism versus collectivism dimensionality, three items in femininity versus masculinity, four items in power distance and five items in uncertainty avoidance. The General Self Efficacy Scale was no differential item functioning across gender, which was fair for males and females. Although there were differential item functioning in subcultures, they had micro influence on the findings of across cultures studies. The differential item functioning mode should be taken into consideration, be- cause it varied among cultures. It was a cultures difference that beyond the current accumulated data.
