摘要
肥胖是一种炎症性疾病,许多炎症因子与肥胖和糖尿病的发生发展密切相关。研究炎症因子及其信号转导通路机制可能为肥胖、糖尿病的预防和治疗提供全新的理论基础。姜黄素具有抗炎、抗凝、降血脂、抗氧化、清除自由基、抗动脉粥样硬化及抑制肿瘤生长等多方面的功能,其作为治疗多种疾病的潜力药物正引起越来越多的关注。本文对姜黄素的抗炎作用,以及具有潜在的防治肥胖和糖尿病作用的研究进展做一综述。
Extensive researches have revealed that obesity, a major risk factor for type 2 diabetes and other chronic diseases, is a proinflammatory disease. Many inflammatory cytokines such as Leptinumor, Necrosis Factor -α, Adiponectin and interleukins probably play a major part in the development of obesity and diabetes. To research the signal transduction of inflammatory cytokines offer an original rationale for treating obesity and diabetes. Curcumin possesses the function such as anti -inflammatory, antioxidant, anticoagulation, hypolipidemic, scavenging free radicals, atherosclerosis, inhibits tumor growth in many aspects, and is attracting much more attention due to its various pharmacological activities. This study was designed to summarize the recent scientic knowledge regarding the anti - obesity and anti - diabetes roles of curcumin, known to possess anti - inflammatory activities.
