摘要
目的了解与分析成都市中小型木质家具制造企业职业病危害现况,为安监局开展家具行业职业病危害专项治理及制订监督治理方案提供基础依据,也为企业加强职业病防治提供参考与对策。方法收集整理30家中小型木质家具制造企业职业卫生现场调查资料和作业场所职业病危害因素检测数据。结果 273个接触噪声作业岗位8 h等效连续A声级超标率在42%~62%之间;204个检测岗位接触粉尘的C-TWA在16.3.0 mg/m^3~97.6 mg/m^3之间,检测岗位超标率39%~86%。结论被调查企业职业卫生管理缺失,应针对粉尘、噪声、化学毒物的关键控制点采取工程防护与个人防护相结合的整改措施。
Objective To investigate the current status of occupational hazard in small and medium - sized wood furniture enterprises in Chengdu, and to provide evidence for preventive measures. Methods Field survey data on occupational health and detection data of workplace hazards were collected from 30 small and medium - sized wood furniture enterprises in Guang＇ancity. Results The over standard rates of 8 - hour equivalent continuous A sound level were 42% - 62% for 273 noise contamination job positions. The C - TWA was 16. 3.0 - 97.6 mg/ m3 for 204 dust exposure positions and the over standard rates were 39% -86%. Conclusion The enterprise surveyed are deficient in occupational health management; critical control points of dust, noise and chemical poisons are to be rectified in combinative measures involving engineering protection and personal protection.
