摘要
根据上海市中心城区的特点,经过3年探索和实践,构建了"以三级医院为依托、区中心医院为平台、社区卫生服务中心为基础"的"静安医联体模式"。分析了该模式在管理体制、运行机制、分配补偿机制等方面进行的创新举措以及在慢性病管理、提高医疗服务质量、促进基层医疗机构建设、引导患者分级就诊等方面取得的成效,为医疗联合体改革的推进提供参考。
to the characteristics of Shanghai urban areas, based on the 3-year exploration and practice, Jing＇an healthcare alliance model, which is based on third-class hospital, taking second-class hospital as platform and community health service center as the foundation, is constructed. The innovation, in the aspects of management mode, operation mechanism, compensation mechanism and the effect of constructing healthcare alliance, and the achievements of chronic diseases, the improvement of medical services quality, the establishment of grass-roots medical institutions and patients staged treatment guidance are analyzed. These all provide experience for the reform of healthcare alliance.
