摘要
目的:对川黄柏、关黄柏饮片和水煎液中3种生物碱含量进行比较研究,探讨两种黄柏主要成分的差异。方法:采用HPLC测定川黄柏、关黄柏饮片和水煎液中盐酸小檗碱、盐酸巴马汀和盐酸黄柏碱的含量。结果:川黄柏饮片中盐酸小檗碱含量是关黄柏的3.6倍,川黄柏水煎液中盐酸小檗碱含量是关黄柏含量的4.5倍。川黄柏饮片和水煎液中盐酸巴马汀含量均低于检出限,关黄柏饮片和水煎液中盐酸巴马汀含量分别为0.79%和0.32%。川黄柏饮片中盐酸黄柏碱的含量是关黄柏盐酸黄柏碱含量的6.4倍,川黄柏水煎液中盐酸黄柏碱含量为0.21%,关黄柏水煎液中盐酸黄柏碱含量低于检出限。结论:关黄柏与川黄柏饮片和水煎液中所含主要成分种类及含量有所不同,应进一步对关黄柏和川黄柏的药效与化学成分相关性进行分析,以便更好地发挥两种黄柏的治疗作用。
Objective:To investigate three kinds of alkaloid in deeoeting pieces and decoction of Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex (PCC) and Phellodendri Amurensis Cortex(PAC). Methods:HPLC was used to detect the contents of berberine hydrochloride, palmatine chloride and phellodendrine chloride in deeocting pieces and decoction of PCC and PAC. Results:The content of berberine hydrochloride in PCC was 3.6 times the level of PAC,in the decocted solution of the content of PCC was 4.5 times the level of PAC. The content of palmatine chloride in decocting pieces and decoction of PCC were below the limit of detec- tion. The content of palmatine chloride in decoeting pieces and decoction of PAC were 0.79% and 0.32%. The content of phellodendrine chloride in PCC was 6.4 times the content of PAC ,the content of phellodendrine chloride in decoction of PCC was 0.21%,the content of phellodendrine chloride in decoction of PCC was below the limit of detection. Conclusion:The con- tents of the main components in decocting pieces and decoction of PCC and PAC were different. The correlation between ef- fect and chemical constituents of PCC and PAC should be further analyzed in order to better serve treatment.
