摘要
通过探讨老年高血压病机与络病发病的关系,提出老年高血压存在肾虚为本、络病自病的病机特点,并以此为切入点,探讨了补肾和脉法在老年高血压方面的临床治疗及指导意义。
It is discussed that the pathogenesis of elderly hypertension is due to kidney asthenia as the principal aspect and collateral disease deriving from collaterals by discussing the relationship between the pathogenesis of elderly hypertension and the pathogenesis of collateral disease. Besides,this article also discusses TCM clinical treatment and guiding significance of tonifying kidney and harmonizing pulse method in treating elderly hypertension.
