门诊药房开展药学服务的时间不长,正处于探索阶段,是目前医院整体药学服务链条中的薄弱环节。介绍了温州医学院附属第一医院在完善流程的基础上,把握细节,不断提升门诊药学服务质量的具体做法,就如何更好地发挥门诊药房的窗口优势,真正发挥门诊药师作用,提供优质的门诊药学服务进行了探讨。
It has not been long for carrying out outpatient pharmacy service and it is the weak chain in total hospital pharmacy service. Practcie of fosucing on details to continually improve outpatient pharmacy servcice quality in Affiliated the 1st Hospital of Wenzhou Medical College is introduced. How to full play outpatient pharmacist’s role and provide qualified outpatient pharmacy service is also discussed.
