ERCC1在肿瘤中的表达调控及与治疗的关系

摘要 大量实验证实核苷酸切除修复交叉互补基因1(excision repair cross-com-plementing1,ERCC1)与肿瘤的发生、发展及预后密切相关。近年研究发现众多因素影响ERCC1基因的表达,而且许多因素通过调控ERCC1来影响化、放疗抗肿瘤治疗效果。解决这些问题对于研究肿瘤个体化治疗及提高治疗效果具有重要作用。本文就ERCC1在肿瘤中的表达调控及与治疗方面的研究新进展作一综述。
