摘要 目的探讨可变翻转角的三维快速自旋回波序列(3D-SPACE)在诊断脑脊液鼻漏中的诊断价值。方法对32例脑脊液鼻漏患者给予常规自旋回波(SE)序列和3D-SPACE扫描,比较二者在诊断脑脊液鼻漏中的诊断价值。结果 3D-SPACE显示脑脊液漏病变率为84.3%(27/32),常规SE显示率为46.8%,二者在显示病变方面有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 3D-SPACE序列在脑脊液鼻漏的诊断中有着可靠的临床价值,为手术治疗提供了重要依据。 Objective To evaluate three-dimensional sampling perfection with application-optimized contrasts using different flip angle evolutions (3D-SPACE) sequence in the diagnosis of rhinorrhoea. Methods Conventional spin echo sequence and 3D-SPACE sequence were performed in 32 cases of rhinorrhoea. Radiological results were compared and analyzed. Results The detection rate of rhinorrhoea was 84.3% (27/32) in 3D-SPACE and 46.8% (15/32) in conventional SE images. The difference between two groups was statistically significant (P 〈0.05). Conclusion 3D-SPACE sequence is reliable in the diagnosis of cerebrospinal fluid leakage, providing an important basis for the operation.
