Mullerian adenosarcoma of the ovary:report of one case and literature review
摘要
苗勒氏管腺肉瘤是非常罕见的肿瘤，最早是由Clement等在1974年报道的．其组织学特征和生物学行为介于良性的腺纤维瘤和高度恶性的癌肉瘤之间。肿瘤大多起源于子宫内膜，也可见于宫颈、卵巢及输卵管等：在以往的病例报道中，有2／3以上报道的都是发生在子宫内膜，对于卵巢腺肉瘤的报道则极其少见。
