摘要
介绍了铁型覆砂铸造工艺生产线,以及造型机的工作机制,分析了生产线的布置及智能化控制。针对生产线中的现存问题,提出了有效的解决措施。
The production line of crankshaft casting based on iron sand coated mold processs, and the working mechanism of molding machine were described, the layout and intelligent control of the production line were analyzed. Some effective solutions were proposed aimed at the existing problems in the production line.
