摘要
以A216WCA铸钢为研究对象,建立了钢件浇注凝固过程中的相变模型,研究了多组元扩散对相变动力学的影响,总结了凝固过程中α铁素体晶粒的变化规律。结果表明,随着冷却速率的增加,α铁素体晶粒平均尺寸减小,面积分数增加。以实际球磨机端盖铸件实际浇注为例,验证了模拟结果的有效性。
Taking A216-WCA steel as research object, a phase transition model of steel castings in solidification cooling process was established, and the dynamic effects of multi-component diffusion on phase transition were studied, and the change law of aferrite grains during solidification and cooling process was summarized. Taking actual mill end cover castings as an example, the validity of the simulation results was verified. The results show that the average grain size of ct ferrite decreases and the area fraction increases with the increase of cooling rate.
