摘要
对日本卡亚巴灰铸铁、德国哈威蠕墨铸铁和意大利沃尔福球墨铸铁阀体材料进行了研究,利用OM、SEM、EDS分析了3种铸铁的微观组织特征,利用硬度计和万能试验机测试了3种铸铁的力学性能指标。认为3种铸铁可在不同工况下使用的液压多路阀阀体材料中选择和使用。
Three kinds of cast iron such as gray cast iron of KYB made in Japan, compacted graphite cast iron of HAWE made in Germany and spheroidal graphite cast iron of WALVOIL made in Italy were studied. The microstructure of three cast irons was analyzed by OM, SEM, EDS. The mechanical properties such as hardness, strength and specific elongation were tested by HB-3000 Brinell hardness tester and WE-1000B universal testing machine.
