摘要
文章以西宁残疾人康复服务中心设计为例,指出在残疾人康复服务中心设计中,仍需以"人"为核心,突出康复特性,坚持以满足使用者需要和需求为主,并以支持使用活动并突出无障碍设计为重心。
This article takes the design project of Xining Disabled Rehabilitation Center as an example to point out that in the planning and designing of a disabled rehabilitation center, ＇people＇ still need to be considered as the core factor; rehabilitation attribute is highlighted： users＇ needs must be satisfied insistently： active use should be supported and Barrier Free Design is emphasized as key design feature.
